About
edKit is a set of debugging tools for embedded development environment. It is especially designed to minimize the runtime overhead.
Each tool is usually composed of two parts: An agent that runs on the system to monitor, and an analysis tool that runs on a web browser.
edKit is composed of the following tools:
edLeak
edLeak is a tool that tracks memory consumption. It is designed to detect memory leaks on daemons that run for a long time.
edVent
edVent is a visualization tool that helps debugging event based software, and more specifically state machines. With edVent it is easy to follow events of a state machine and follow the events on other associated state machines.
